Wardrobe Wednesday: Interview Outfit

I had an interview with a lovely business today. I loved them - we just sat and chatted and played with their dog and talked about ideas. They were fantastic, and I hope they call me back with a yes. :)
One of the great mysteries in life is what to wear to an interview that will:
a. Look professional.
b. have some personality.
c. get you hired.

I wanted to stay away from the traditional "black skirt, blazer, simple top" theme that every business professor will tell you to wear. My style is how i do art! I don't want to hide it! So, I decided (with the help of my buddy Julie of to wear a color-blocked, bright, happy getup.

{top - Loft, Skirt - thrifted, shoes - urban outfitters,
jewelry - Stella&Dot}

It was such a fun interview outfit - I felt like myself, but polished up. Which is exactly how you should feel for an interview!
Do you have a favorite interview outfit? I'd love to see!
