Something Saturday: Stella & Dot!

Darlings,
Many of you know that I work with a jewelry line called Stella & Dot. It is vintage-inspired, made in Fair Labor facilities, and so on trend. I wear it every day, and I set up my jewels in people's homes, coffee shops, wine bars... anywhere women are having a good time. :)

I wanted to share with you a little more about it.

Wardrobe Wednesday: Lovely Happenings Guest Post

Darlings,

Today I have a little something special for you! I got asked to do a Guest Post on Lovely Happenings. :) I met Megan of Lovely Happenings about a month ago at a Stella & Dot event in Seattle, and she so happened to be this amazing blogger and lives close to me! I was thrilled when she asked me to participate in a guest post in which several different bloggers made inspiration boards, all around the same item {the striped top}.
Everyone came up with such different outfits! Here's mine {I call it "city sherpa"}:

Wardrobe Wednesday: Interview Outfit

Darlings,
I had an interview with a lovely business today. I loved them - we just sat and chatted and played with their dog and talked about ideas. They were fantastic, and I hope they call me back with a yes. :)
One of the great mysteries in life is what to wear to an interview that will:
a. Look professional.
b. have some personality.
c. get you hired.

I wanted to stay away from the traditional "black skirt, blazer, simple top" theme that every business professor will tell you to wear. My style is how i do art! I don't want to hide it! So, I decided (with the help of my buddy Julie of chariee.com) to wear a color-blocked, bright, happy getup.
