Hello, my lovelies. 

I am going to be gone for a little longer than I thought - I am staying at my sister's house in Austin, helping her, my mom, and my brother's sweet wife get ready for our Italy trip! Woohoo! However, that means I am away from the internet most of the time. 

I will keep posting as soon as life calms down again - but seeing as I board a plane to Rome THIS WEEK, it could be a while. ;) I'll post here and there, but I won't be back in full swing until after the new year.

I took yesterday off to have a long, leisurely pajama brunch/spa party with some lovely friends of mine. We did facials, mani/pedis, and watched "The Holiday." Twas wonderful. I went to my first Christmas party of the season last night. Everyone was really cute. It was a casual party, so I wore a navy sequined top, black cardigan, jeans, and black riding boots. The vibe was super-chill, and we had a great time drinking cider and playing Taboo. :)
It got me thinking yet again about great holiday garb. I do so love dressing up, and the holiday season is such a nice time to do it because you have such fun options.
